Specifying a Narrower Delivery Window

Important
- Please be aware that selecting a narrower window will involve an Appointment required accessorial fee, which is based on your negotiated rates.
- Only customer user accounts with administrator privileges are able to specify receiving hours.

How to Set a Narrower Delivery Window
Step 1: Log Into Your Customer Portal
- Visit https://my.xgsi.com and access the customer portal by going to using your provided credentials. If you do not have these, please contact our customer service team for assistance by using our chat feature.
Step 2: Navigate to the Delivery Management Section
- Once logged in, locate your name in the top right corner, and click on the Company within the navigation menu.
Step 3: Select the Account you want to review or modify
- Click the Account tab to display all your accounts, then select the account to review by clicking on it. If you are already logged in, you may go directly to the Account tab by clicking this link.
- Important: If you have multiple accounts, each account will need its own receiving hours configured.
Step 4: Specify Your Preferred Delivery Window
- Click the Receiving Hours tab to display configured delivery hours.
- Important: Please be aware that selecting a narrower window will involve an Appointment required accessorial fee, which is based on your negotiated rates.
- Enter your desired start and end times within the fields provided. Note that the system will automatically default to your current tariff-based time window. If no times are displayed, the account defaults to 8 AM to 5 PM as per the XGS tariff.
Step 5: Confirm Your New Delivery Window
- Click the Save button to confirm the changes to your delivery window. Ensure that your updated receiving hours are displayed for the days you have indicated.
Step 7: Accessorial fee
- It’s important to know that any changes to the receiving hours will now include an accessorial fee of Appointment Required.
