Getting set-up with our new online portal.
For New Customers
New customers will automatically be enrolled to the XGS Customer Portal using the contact email provided on their account application. User will receive an email with a link to set their password and login to the portal.
For Existing Customers with Legacy Portal Access
Enter website https://my.xgsi.com to be taken to the portal login. Once there, it will ask for a username and password. Enter your login information for the legacy XGS portal and click ‘Sign In.’
It will take you to a window asking you to update your username to your email address. Enter in your email and save. Utilizing your email address creates a unique identifier for portal users that provides as additional layer of security for your account.
Once you have updated your username, you will enter the new portal. All information from your account will be available in the new portal.
For Existing Customers without Legacy Portal Access
Please contact xgscustomerservice@xgsi.com so they can set-up a portal login for you. Include your account number, company name, and preferred email address in your request.
