Shipment Tracking

Use our online resources to track your freight.

Customers with an XGS account can log in to our customer portal at my.xgsi.com to track their shipments at any time. If you do not have an XGS account, you can visit https://www.xgsi.com and click the ‘Track a Shipment’ button at the top of the page.

Track a shipment on the XGS Customer Portal:

Log in to the portal with your email address and password. From the home screen, navigate to the left-hand menu on the side of the screen and click ‘Track Shipments’.

You will be taken to your shipment status page. On the top of the page, you will see the tracking number, date range, origin, destination, and status boxes.

Enter your shipment information into the appropriate box and select the search button. All boxes are not required but providing as much information as you can narrow the search to the correct shipment.

Once the desired shipment is found, click on the blue probill number to display all the details of your shipment. At the top of the page, you will see your tracking number, shipment status, and your shipment price. Below you will see the routing information containing original ETA and expecting ETA, POD, Invoice summary, origin/destination, payor #, shipper #, and consignee #. Below that you will see your invoice details and the documents that are available for download in both PDF and JPG format.
