File a claim

Use our online portal to file a claim for damaged or missing freight

Customers with an XGS account can log in to our customer portal at my.xgsi.com to file. If you do not have an account with XGS, you can download the form HERE and submit it to xgscargocare@xgsi.com.

File a claim on the XGS Customer Portal

Log in to the portal with your username and password. From the home screen, navigate to the claims form using the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

Complete the form with all available information regarding your claim. Please upload any relevant documents and photos to help us process the claim as efficiently as possible. Once the form is complete, hit the submit button at the bottom of the screen. Our Cargo Care team will work as quickly as possible to process your claim and reach out to you with any questions.

 

NOTICE: National Motor Freight Classification #300120: upon receipt of claim acknowledgment, the carrier will pay/refuse payment or make a firm compromise offer within 120 days of receipt of the claim. All freight charges must be paid before the claim will be processed.
